You’ve most probably seen the commercials featuring Jennifer Garner’s Once Upon a Farm organic children’s food company, which features the actor strolling through a supermarket and a farmer’s market. The company, which Garner joined in 2017 as co-founder and chief brand officer, has filed to go public, offering almost 11 million shares of common stock between an estimated $17-$19 per share. The company estimates that it has surpassed $318 million in sales since its founding and is the top brand driving dollar growth in its category. Company products are sold in more than 25,000 stores across the United States.
