Former HR executive Kristin Cabot talks about being shunned by former colleagues and friends, ridiculed, threatened and insulted by strangers and the impact the viral moment has had on her family, especially her children. She described the episode as a “bad decision” influenced by alcohol and said it ruined her career. She noted that she and her boss at the time, Astronomer CEO Andy Byron, were both going through divorces and were flirting but not dating. They had never kissed prior to the concert. “He and I got very swept up in a moment.”
