Thirty-three women appear on the Glossy 50 2025 list honoring the year’s “biggest changemakers” in the fashion and beauty industries. Meet four:
• Hailey (Rhode) Bieber, which Glossy credits for perhaps the “single biggest headline for the beauty industry in 2025: The model-turned-mogul sold Rhode, her skin-care and makeup brand, to E.l.f. Beauty for $1 million.”
• Phoebe Gates (the daughter of Bill Gates and Melinda French Gates) and Sophia Kianni, who launched Phia, an AI-driven shopping agent. “In its first five months,” Glossy notes, “the app saw more than 640,000 downloads (and) partnered with 5,000 brands and resellers.”
• New Victoria’s Secret CEO Hillary Super, who’s leading a turnaround at the specialty retailer, which just reported a net sales increase of 9% in its most recent quarter.
The ninth-annual list highlights the “doers, disrupters, scene stealers and steadfast leaders.”
