Parenting app Joy has raised $14 million and has launched the Joy Parenting Club. The San Francisco-based company says the club gives new parents and parents of toddlers access to certified parenting experts in a variety of categories, calling it the first AI platform designed specifically for families. “Parenting is the most important job in the world, but most parents are left to do it alone,” Joy President Emily Greenberg says. “Every parent now has a village of experts available in their pocket 24/7.” Joy will use the Series A round to further develop its parenting platform, collaborate with baby and parenting brands and grow its network of experts.
