Fifty-four percent of men across 29 countries say they’re “already doing too much for equality,” while half say they think they’re being discriminated against. The Ipsos International Women’s Day Report also finds, however, that 53% of men say “things would work better” if more women held leadership roles in government and business. Generation Z men are more likely to agree with traditional roles of women, a finding consistent with another report that finds nearly a third of Gen Z men agree that a wife should always obey her husband and should have the final say on important decisions.
