Reddit, of all places, has become a go-to resource for women’s health. The Mira Women’s Health Trends Report notes that the r/WomensHealth subreddit has grown “into a community where nearly 80% of women say it feels like a safe space to learn without judgment.” In general, the most popular health topics women discuss online are, in order, fitness and nutrition; mental health; menopause/perimenopause; hormonal balance; and reproductive health. “The digital sisterhood isn’t just a conversation,” the report says. “It’s now a pillar of emotional support, information sharing and community-led health advocacy.” Mira, founded in 2017, focuses on hormone health.
