Users can log specific symptoms and access a library of educational resources and guidance. The company is also launching specific fitness workouts designed for users navigating perimenopause and menopause. Other updates include AI-powered nutrition tracking and new parental controls. The company made the announcements earlier this week during the Worldwide Developers Conference.
