Breast pump company Willow acquires two maternal health businesses

Following Willow’s recent acquisition of another breast pump company, Elvie, in 2025, Willow is expanding its efforts into more comprehensive maternal care with its recent purchase of Swehl and Momtech. Swehl works to provide breastfeeding education with more than 80 videos on the subject and connections to lactation experts and community events; and Momtech creates technology meant to help ease the transition between breast and bottle. Financial terms of the deals were not disclosed.
