Older generations frequently lament that work-from-home policies hinder younger workers from developing crucial skills. Turns out that many of those workers feel the same way. Gallup says Gen Z workers — those born roughly between 1996 and 2010 — are the least likely generation to prefer full-time remote work. Only 23% say they would choose to work from home five days a week, compared to 35% across each older generation. In contrast, millennials have the strongest attachment to work-from-home policies, though fully onsite work remains the least popular option across all age groups.
