The National Menopause Foundation has launched a free Menopause Workplace Benchmark Tool to help employers support workers during the menopause transition and create a more menopause-friendly work environment. The Foundation notes that nearly 47% of women report that Perimenopause and menopause symptoms disrupt their work, with 13% even quitting their jobs. The tool includes a self-evaluation module and calls for coordinated actions across corporate policy, benefits and culture. As National Menopause Founder and CEO Clair Gill says, “Becoming a menopause-friendly workplace is a competitive advantage.”
