Spring Fertility has launched what it calls the first personalized IVF calculator designed to provide patients with individualized predictions about fertility treatment outcomes. Developed with Branch Care, the tool considers factors such as age, height, weight and ovarian reserve markers to estimate expected egg and embryo yields and the likelihood of having one or more children through IVF. The calculator is powered by more than 2 million data points from more than 25,000 IVF and egg-freezing cycles, as well as data from more than 350,000 eggs and embryos. “Patients deserve information that reflects their individual circumstances and goals,” says Dr. Peter Klasky, the New York-based company’s co-founder.
