Nourish, a New York City-based digital health startup positioning itself as an AI-native metabolic clinic, has raised $100 million in Series C funding, bringing the four-year-old company’s total haul to $215 million. The deal comes amid skyrocketing demand for metabolic care, fueled largely by the explosion of GLP-1 weight-loss medications. Nearly 200 million Americans live with nutrition-related chronic conditions, but the company notes that fewer than half of patients remain on GLP-1 drugs at six months. Nourish pairs medical prescriptions with an army of 10,000 registered dietitians and virtual AI health agents to sustain behavioral lifestyle changes. It says users report an average 8% weight loss and significant drops in both cholesterol and blood pressure.
