Private equity firm Cinven acquires women’s health pharmaceutical company Theramex

London-based women’s health pharmaceutical company Theramex — valued at €2.6 billion — was recently purchased by private equity firm Cinven. While Theramex has more than doubled its earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization, Cinven hopes to drive that growth even further by expanding Theramex’s international presence and launch additional treatments.
