Women’s Leadership Center seeks to shape the future

A new center dedicated to advancing women’s leadership has launched with a mission to bring more women’s voices, ideas and expertise into conversations shaping the future. The Women’s Leadership Center at Williams Bay (Wisconsin) opened on July 31 to “create a destination where accomplished women can convene to generate fresh thinking on complex issues.” “This Center grew out of my life experience, but it’s not about me,” co-founder Ann M. Drake says. “You’re not doing it for yourself but for the ones who come next.” The center aims to foment connections among women across industries, generations and experiences.
