Women are increasingly turning to wearables for a variety of reasons, including to track fitness, cycles, sleep and mental health. Now, London-based eNOugh, has raised $2.7 million to launch a “mini-AI bodyguard,” a first-of-its-kind AI wearable threat detection device. The stylish device uses sophisticated AI models that can detect when its user is under threat. It records evidence with a built-in camera and mic, alerts an emergency operator, streams live footage and shares location data. Cofounder Ina Jovicic was inspired to create the device after being robbed by four men while walking home in a well-lit area of London four years ago.
