A nonprofit working to advance women in technology has surpassed 50,000 members worldwide and announced strategic partnerships with AMD, Clay, FanDuel and IBM. Rewriting the Code, founded in 2017, supports undergraduate, graduate and early-career women across more than 190 countries through workforce development, community programs and training in AI and emerging technologies. Clay, RTC’s first AI product partner, will gain access to the organization’s talent pipeline, while AMD and FanDuel will provide members access to career opportunities in engineering, AI infrastructure, software, data science and product roles. The IBM partnership will give RTC members access to IBM SkillsBuild, including free resources focused on AI and enterprise technology skills.
